Napoli have reportedly agreed a deal in principle to sign Lazio forward Keita Balde Diao.
Reports emerged on Monday morning that Napoli had made a €22m bid for Keita, and Radio Kiss Kiss claims those negotiations have progressed to the extent that a deal could be close.
It now remains to be seen whether the 22-year-old will accept a move to the San Paolo, given the understanding that he was previously holding out for Juventus or Inter.
Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass da was dran ist. Offensiv sind wir hervorragend aufgestellt, da braucht man Keita nicht, auch wenn er ein sehr talentierter Spieler ist.

Lazio president Claudio Lotito addressed the situation in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport:"First of all it's not true that he wasn't offered an extension. We offered him the same wages that Klose earned, he would have been the highest paid player of my administration. His answer was that he wanted to leave. We received three official offers, all documented. Milan would have given 35 million, West Ham 32, Napoli 30. Keita and his agent said none of the three interested them, that the destination they wanted was Juventus. The player told me this again at Auronzo di Cadore. Juventus offers 15 million and they think that is fair bid, but I can't sell a player for an offer less than half those of others"

Wie der Sender „Sky“ und der italienische Transferexperte Gianluca Di Marzio berichten, ist Paris Saint-Germain mit einer Offerte beim SSC Neapel bezüglich Keeper Pepe Reina (Foto) vorstellig geworden. So soll PSG 7 Millionen Euro Ablöse für 34-jährigen Spanier bieten, dessen Vertrag in einem Jahr abläuft. Reina war 2015 für 2 Mio. Ablöse vom FC Bayern nach Italien gewechselt.
Mit dem Transfereinnahmen könnte man ja u.a. Skorupski verpflichten, den Sarri ja auch kennt.

Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to include Alphonse Areola in an exchange deal for Napoli goalkeeper Pepe Reina, claim Sportitalia.
The surprising story of PSG interest in Reina emerged this afternoon via Sky Sport Italia pundit Gianluca Di Marzio.
It gathered steam rapidly and now Sportitalia suggest the Ligue 1 giants could include Areola as part of the deal.
The 24-year-old goalkeeper came up through their youth academy and had loan spells with Lens, Bastia and Villarreal.
Areola has already made four competitive appearances this season.
It was reported today that Paris Saint-Germain were offering €7m for Reina with a contract worth €3.5m per season.

Pepe Reina is reportedly keen to make the move to Paris Saint-Germain, but Napoli worry about finding a replacement.
It was reported yesterday that the French club are offering €7m to take the goalkeeper to Paris, with a contract worth €3.5m on the table.
According to Tuttomercatoweb this morning, the deal on the table is for two years with an option for a third, a very tempting proposition for the 35-year-old.
While Reina wouldn’t look to force a move away from the Partenopei, his contract is expiring next summer and it appears he won’t be offered a renewal.
As a result the Spaniard is excited by the prospect of PSG, but his club are less keen on the proposal.
While TMW says the transfer fee could be as high as €9m, a high offer for a player of Reina’s age, any transfer would leave them with very little time to find a replacement.
It has been suggested that PSG would offer Alphonse Areola in exchange, but it’s unclear if that’s actually on the table.

Sampdoria's last ok hasn't been made though, as Napoli have made a €20m offer + Zapata and Strinic, but Schick's agents have repeated Napoli the player's will to go to Roma since there isn't a lot of spaces for him by the Azzurri. Juventus have also continued with their offer to let the player one year at Sampdoria on loan but the player's mind is now set on Roma.

Napoli confirm Arkadiusz Milik will see a knee specialist tomorrow, as “there is the possibility he could require surgery.”
The striker’s right knee appeared to buckle during the closing stages of last night’s 3-2 Serie A victory away to SPAL.
Although this was not the same knee that required an operation for a torn ACL a year ago, it nonetheless prompted immediate concern.
“The tests at the Pineta Grande clinic show the possibility of a surgical option for Milik,” read a statement released by Napoli.
“Milik will be evaluated tomorrow at the Villa Stuart clinic by Professor Mariani.”
Rome-based Mariani is the leading specialist in knee ligament injuries.
Milik tried to reassure fans and media, insisting it was “not the same” as that agony in September 2016.
However, this morning’s statement points to a potentially lengthy lay-off.
The striker’s right knee appeared to buckle during the closing stages of last night’s 3-2 Serie A victory away to SPAL.
