The club expect to add two of La Liga’s most promising talents, Sergi Canos and Pedro Chirivella, this summer, and have also identified two British 14-year-olds, Bristol City’s Herbie Kane and West Brom’s Yan Dhanda.
Durchaus interessant, was sich da zwecks Nachwuchs anbahnt.

ArmFootball.com has learned from sources close to Shakhtar, Mkhitaryan's transfer to Liverpool is compromised by Henrikh's personal contract with the Ukrainian club. Shakhtar demands 40M € euros for the footballer.
Although, Mkhitaryan's contract contains an article, according to which Mkhitaryan himself can buy his contract out for 30M €, however it's not the so called clause. It is the sum, which has to be paid not by the club, but by the player himself.
The only other possible option is that Liverpool provides the player with that amount - a complex task from legal point of view. Transferring 30M € to an individual account may cause problems for the English club.
They must provide documental proof as far as the purpose and reason for international transfer of such large amount. Top-clubs usually try to avoid such impractical means, as they do not wish to find themselves under scrutiny by the authorities.

Liverpool FC are weighing up a move for highly-rated Gremio midfielder Matheus Biteco.
The 18-year-old is valued by the Brazilian club at around £5m, and caught the eye of Reds scouts at the recent Toulon U20 tournament.
Biteco is viewed as one for the future, rather than a player who could slot straight in at first-team level.
Liverpool expect to confirm the signing of Barcelona's 16-year-old Sergi Canos next week.
The midfielder will join the club's Academy. A deal to sign Valencia teenager Pedro Chirivella is also likely.

Liverpool FC are close to agreeing a fee for Ukrainian Champions Shakhtar Donetsk for Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
The news comes despite the best efforts of Donetsk boss Mircea Lucescu, who has warned the three times Armenian Footballer of the Year there is still time to reconsider, and that swapping Champions League regulars Shakhtar for a club not even in the Europa League next season isn’t necessarily a step up.
He said: “I can understand the urge to leave if he has a chance to go to a club that surpasses Shakhtar, like Barcelona or Real Madrid, but not many clubs are beyond our level - not clubs like Liverpool or Tottenham."
Meanwhile, Liverpool are reportedly back in the chase for Blackpool's Thomas Ince amid fears that a deal to capture Porto winger Christian Atsu could collapse.
Elsewhere, Wigan are showing interest in Liverpool midfielder Jay Spearing as Swansea appear close to signing Jonjo Shelvey for £5m.
In related Liverpool FC transfer news, Ben Davies reckons Swansea skipper Ashley Williams is worth every penny of his £10million price tag as the Reds appear resigned to losing out to Real Betis in the loan chase for Barca's Bojan Krkic.

Liverpool FC teenagers Lloyd Jones and Daniel Trickett-Smith have penned their first professional contracts with the club.
Highly-rated centre-back Jones, who joined the Reds from Plymouth in 2011, impressed at youth level last season, earning himself a call-up to the first-team squad for May’s Premier League trip to Fulham.

Farewell Jonjo! YNWA!
Lloyd Jones @lloydjones51 1 Std.
Great feeling to sign a Professional contract with Liverpool today!
Ok dann könnte man Coates verschiffen!

A powerful centre-back, Jones is extremely talented in the air. Never one to shirk a challenge, the Welshman is also a cultured defender, who is confident enough to play the ball out from the back. His heading and aerial abilities mean Jones is a highly-rated member of the Reds' set-up.

Liverpool FC will have to sell Luis Suarez this summer and Pepe Reina will also go says Jan Molby
Former Liverpool FC midfielder Jan Molby believes the club will have to sell Luis Suarez this summer rather than keep an unhappy player.
The Reds striker, who is on leave following the Confederations Cup, has made it clear he wants to quit the Premier League and is keen on a move to Real Madrid.
However, there have been no offers for the 26-year-old and he has yet to submit a transfer request.

Arsenal rebuffed after audacious £30m offer for Liverpool striker Luis Suárez
Arsenal have had a formal bid of around £30 million for Liverpool striker Luis Suárez rejected.
In one of the most audacious moves of the summer so far, Arsenal representatives made a direct approach to the Merseyside club for Suárez last week and were immediately rebuffed.
Liverpool insist that the South American is not for sale, and the Arsenal valuation – believed to be less than the £35 million fee Merseyside club paid for Andy Carroll two years ago – has taken many by surprise.
Liverpool have been braced for such approaches since the end of last season, although it was expected that Real Madrid would lead the chase particularly given the player’s claims of unhappiness in English football.
Arsenal felt suitably encouraged to contact Anfield officials to register their desire to buy the 26-year-old Uruguayan. It has now emerged that it went beyond an inquiry, and although neither club is prepared to comment on the discussions or clarify the precise amount offered it is clear it was unacceptable to Liverpool.

Liverpool have agreed to sell home-grown star Jay Spearing to Blackburn Rovers in a £1.5million deal.
Boss Brendan Rodgers will let midfield dynamo Spearing leave and the Kop have struck a payment plan with Rovers.
